Milstead was off-duty and on his way to an event with his fiancé for her deceased husband. In Arizona Going faster than 85 mph is criminal speeding, a Class 3 misdemeanor (ARS 28-701.02) with a maximum penalty of 30 days in jail, 1 year of probation and a $500 fine.
