The land owner advised the officers that the two individuals had what appeared to be a firearm. In the end, Yasmany was charged with felony trespassing while armed and resisting without violence. He pled guilty and was sentenced to 18 months of probation and ordered to pay $1,665. Ivan was charged with trespassing and resisting without violence. He pled guilty and was sentenced to 9 months of probation and ordered to pay $1,515. They are both required to do 50 hours of community service or buy the time out at $10 per hour. As of June 7, 2025, their balances remain unpaid. While on the property, the two individuals killed one wild hog. The rifle they used is a pre-charged pneumatic rifle chambered for what appeared to be a .35 caliber round. The rifle meets the definition of a dangerous weapon as it is capable of killing medium to large size game and can cause serious injury or death to a person.
