He followed the vehicle and observed it swerving in a zigzag pattern. The driver then turned onto Kanouse Lane and stopped voluntarily. Patrolman Greendyk activated his emergency lights to perform a traffic stop. As he approached the car, Patrolman Greendyk spoke with the driver, a 20-year-old named Karina Armando. She told him she had been at Thatcher’s but claimed she had not drunk any alcohol recently. At that moment, Patrolman Thomas French arrived to help with the traffic stop. Because Karina was under 21 and showed signs of being impaired, Patrolman Greendyk requested that she step out of the vehicle to conduct field sobriety tests. The first field sobriety test involved reciting the alphabet from "E" to "P," which Karina completed correctly after a short pause. The second test was the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus (HGN) assessment. During this evaluation, Patrolman Greendyk noted that Karina exhibited a lack of smooth eye movement, showed distinct and sustained jerking at the maximum deviation, and demonstrated nystagmus starting before reaching a 45-degree angle. The third test was the Walk and Turn, where Karina struggled to walk heel-to-toe and swayed her arms for balance. The final test was the One Leg Stand, and she was unable to lift her foot properly while also showing poor balance. Due to her unpredictable driving on River Road, unclear statements, and failure to properly perform the field sobriety tests, Patrolman Greendyk arrested Karina for driving under the influence. She was taken to the Montville Township Police Headquarters for processing. At the station, Patrolman Greendyk informed Karina of the Standard Statement for Motor Vehicle Operators, but she declined to take breath tests. Additionally, she invoked her Miranda rights and chose not to answer any questions regarding her arrest. Patrolman Greendyk recorded that Karina refused to take breath tests. He and Patrolman French then tried to complete the usual questionnaire, but Karina did not answer their questions. They reviewed her citations and allowed her to be released until her first court date. After processing, she was released to her father, who signed the Potential Liability Warning form for her. Patrolman Greendyk issued Karina several summonses, including driving while intoxicated, refusal to comply with breath testing, reckless driving, careless driving, and failure to maintain her lane. 0:12 I'm sorry. 03:23 fart 3:50 The Pretty Privilege with this one is strong 8:47 How irresponsible can someone be 10:57 LMAO she cant even keep a leg up, shes smashed 14:53 Suddenly we're watching this on an old Atari 20:15 PULL UP HER EFFING PANTS 20:53 I see why she's complaining about painful cuffs. 25:08 was hot 33:36 When the Molly kicks back in 33:57, did he say breast samples??? 34:38 i like this girl she isnt a bootlicker 53:21 looking after me, because their the best one in town 54:48 hiccups 56:47 she didn’t even tell them that she’s arrested but just watching her 1:04:42 the best moment lol 1:05:37 I JUST ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE FACE THAT SHE MAKES !! 1:11:35 The first glimpse at her true personality.
