Bodycam footage captures his reaction as officers and medics respond — but the story starts to fall apart fast. Baby Evelyn died at Cincinnati Children's Hospital less than a day later. An autopsy told a different story than Kammerer did: her injuries weren't from any fall. And when doctors examined her surviving twin sister, they found healed rib fractures that had never been reported.
