On March 30, 2024, officers with the Key West Police were flagged down by a bouncer attempting to get the suspect, later identified as a 52-year-old man named Christopher, out of a bar. Christopher immediately began resisting the officers before failing to exercise his 5th amendment right and repeatedly claiming to be an attorney. We attempted to confirm that Christpoher is in fact an attorney, but despite searching the State Bar of Georgia Member Directory and various Google searches, we have been unable to do so. Christopher was charged with 1 count of disorderly conduct on the premises of an establishment, 1 count of trespassing, and 3 counts of resisting/obstructing an officer without violence.
