Devon J. Davidson, 24, was charged with aggravated fleeing and eluding police and aggravated DUI, Lake County state's attorney's office spokeswoman Cynthia Vargas said. Judge Patricia Fix ordered Davidson held on $750,000 bail. Devon is now suing the north suburb, claiming he “posed no threat” to officers and that the use of potentially deadly force against him was “excessive.” Note, Legally drunk, is a term used when talking about DUI or DWI laws regarding whether someone has been drinking and driving.
