The deputy wrote two tickets and walked back to her window. She refused to sign them. He told her that refusing means going to jail. She still refused, and when he ordered her out of the SUV, she would not get out. The deputy drew his taser, backup arrived, and the stop turned into a struggle on the pavement. The deputy says she punched him in the mouth. She says she never touched him. On the ride to jail and at booking, she had plenty to say. She was charged with felony obstruction, plus the seatbelt and phone tickets.
