Officers return to a residence after a domestic dispute rapidly escalates, leading to an arrest for violent threats. On January 4, 2023, law enforcement initially responded to a domestic call at a private residence, departing without an arrest. However, immediately after officers left, the suspect allegedly threatened to kill the victim, prompting a second urgent call to police. The victim, expressing terror and belief that the threats were credible, agreed to press charges, leading officers to return to the scene. Upon arrival, the suspect, visible in a black hoodie with an "Anda Borracho" graphic, was confronted while yelling at the victim, subsequently detained, and arrested on charges of threatening violence and assault and battery, despite her denials of the threats during detainment. --- Transparency through the lens of the law.
