Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: At 1:33 a.m. on January 9, 2024, Corporal Gonzalez from Tampa Police saw a black 2021 Audi zoom by at 60 mph on a city street. He hit the lights for a stop. The car pulled over near North Tampa Street and East Kennedy Boulevard, right by Lykes Gaslight Square Park. The driver turned out to be 24-year-old Tatiana Viera. Gonzalez talked to her. He smelled alcohol right away. He spotted clear signs of impairment too. So he called Officer David Frueh for a DUI check. Viera said she came from a friend's house that night. Frueh suspected she was impaired. He asked her to do field sobriety tests. First came the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test. Frueh noted all 6 clues. He saw vertical nystagmus as well. Next was Walk and Turn. Tatiana missed heel-to-toe steps. She turned the wrong way. She took too many steps. The last test was One Leg Stand. She failed to lift her foot right. Her fast driving, the alcohol smell, impairment clues, and bad test results led to arrest for DUI. Frueh drove her to Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. She refused the breath test there. Cops charged her under 316.193(1)(a).
