This documentary tells the gripping true story of the August 1999 shooting rampage in Los Angeles. It started as a day of fun at the North Valley Jewish Community Center summer camp, but the sound of an assault weapon shattered that peace. Witness the terrifying moments through the eyes of the young survivors and their counselors as a gunman opened fire indiscriminately on children. As authorities begin a frantic manhunt, the investigation takes a dark turn with a seemingly unrelated carjacking and the shocking murder of mail carrier Joseph Alto just miles away. Federal and local agents soon connect the horrific attacks, discovering a chilling trail of white supremacist evidence, high-powered weapons, and a map of future Jewish targets left behind by the gunman, Buford Furrow.
