On August 21st, 2023, officers responded to reports of a woman displaying suspicious behavior in a neighborhood. She was allegedly attempting to break into homes, acting aggressively, and showing signs of being under the influence of substances. Upon arrival, officers found the woman outside, visibly injured with blood on her arm and a large bump on her head. Witnesses reported that she had tried to open doors to at least two homes, leading to confrontations with residents. Despite claiming she had been attacked, her statements were inconsistent. As she continued to resist, the officers restrained her for her safety and arrested her for public nuisance and resisting arrest.
