This video contains real police body-worn camera footage from an active law enforcement response. The content is presented for educational, documentary, and public information purposes. This channel does not promote violence and aims to provide transparency into real-world policing and critical incident investigations. Baltimore, Maryland — Southwest District patrol officer responded to a 911 call reporting multiple armed individuals attempting to break into a residence in the 800 block of West Lombard Street. Upon arrival, the officer encountered a Kia sedan occupied by several individuals. As the officer exited his marked patrol vehicle and issued verbal commands, the vehicle reversed into a parked car. When the officer approached on foot and continued giving commands, the driver reversed again, striking the officer and causing him to fall. During the encounter, the officer discharged one round toward the vehicle as it fled the scene. The stolen Kia continued traveling in reverse, striking additional parked vehicles and the officer’s patrol unit before leaving the area. Shortly afterward, the officer located an injured male nearby who had reportedly been assaulted prior to police arrival. The officer rendered aid until additional units responded. Investigators later confirmed the Kia had been reported stolen earlier that day. Detectives identified three juvenile suspects connected to the incident. Two 14-year-old males were arrested and charged with aggravated assault and auto theft. A 14-year-old female identified as the driver was later arrested. Authorities learned she had received medical treatment for a wrist injury that may be consistent with a graze wound. The cause of the injury remains under investigation. All suspects were transported to Juvenile Booking. ⚠️ Viewer Discretion Advised This bodycam footage is released in accordance with public information policies to provide transparency regarding officer-involved incidents, police response procedures, and ongoing criminal investigations.
