The following video takes place on September 13th, 2025 in Tampa, Florida where Tampa police officers and the Florida Highway Patrol were forced to stop a suspected drunk driver heading the wrong way on I-4 at 2:30 am. The driver, later identified as 24-year-old Kristian Beall, refused to pull over travelling at speeds of around 60 mph and continued to head down the highway. Dash camera video shows a Tampa Police officer performing a successful PIT maneuver to stop the vehicle. Police body cam footage shows the following interaction. After failing a field sobriety test, Beall was arrested for driving under the influence, aggravated fleeing to elude; and fleeing to elude at high speed.
