Arkansas troopers responded to reports of a reckless driver traveling eastbound on Interstate 40. When officers located the vehicle, they observed the driver appearing slumped over and unresponsive behind the wheel. For nearly 24 miles, troopers attempted multiple methods to safely stop the vehicle, including driving alongside, changing siren patterns, deploying spike strips, and conducting a rolling box maneuver. After the vehicle briefly stopped, the driver suddenly accelerated and struck two patrol vehicles. With the threat escalating, troopers performed a Tactical Vehicle Intervention (TVI), causing the vehicle to spin and roll over. Emergency medical personnel responded to the scene, and the driver was later transported by Air Evac for treatment. This video contains dashcam footage and details from the incident. The driver was identified as Regina Blaker-Hall. Blaker-Hall was cited on misdemeanor criminal charges before being transported by medical personnel. The vehicle was towed by Diamond D for safe keeping. #ArkansasStatePolice #PolicePursuit #TVI #Dashcam #Arkansas #Trooper #PoliceChase #I40 #EmergencyResponse #LRHNCash
