A domestic disturbance at an apartment complex takes a confusing turn after a woman claims a man choked her because she refused to do his hair. During the investigation, she tells officers that an extension cord was wrapped around her neck, later describes a rope, and says police should be able to find it inside the apartment. As officers examine the scene and question everyone involved, the details begin changing and police hear allegations of a physical fight, damaged walls, and ongoing problems between two former apartment-complex employees. This video presents the body-camera footage and 911 call so you can hear the statements, watch the investigation unfold, and decide for yourself what happened.
