buymeacoffee.com/BlueLineLens On August 8, 2024, at approximately 2:25 p.m., Police Officer Harry Montalvo was on patrol near the intersection of Second and Harrison Streets when he saw a man he knew was 54-yearold Edwin Sierra of Hoboken walking and knew Sierra had an outstanding warrant out of Hoboken. Police Officers Jospeh Lupo and Teddy Santiago were also on the scene. Sierra was told to stop, but while officers were confirming the warrant, he ran away. Officers chased him on foot and quickly stopped him. He was placed under arrest for resisting arrest. Sgt. Jason Falco, Detective Michael Losurdo, and Police Officer Nicholas Protopapadakis arrived on the scene. Sierra was transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters. It was confirmed he had warrants for burglary and theft. He was processed and transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. #policechase #news #warrant
