On 05/10/2026 at 3:16 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting and an individual who had made a threat to Walmart employees. During the investigation, the police arrested a 30-year-old male of Union City, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)], Endangering the Welfare of a Child [2C:24-4A(2)], Terroristic Threats [2C:12-3A] and Employing a minor in the commission of a crime [2C:24-9A]. The male was issued his complaint summons and he was released from police custody. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty
