"I was conducting a traffic stop near the above location and had a single vehicle drive past me in the right lane. The vehicle failed to move to the left lane even though no other vehicles were driving in the same direction closely. I stopped the vehicle and verballyID'd the driver as above. Female driver apologized and stated she knewshe should have moved over.
