After she was taken into custody, her sister became involved in the situation, leading to a chaotic series of interactions that continued during transport and while in police custody. Chelsea was charged with: • Trespassing – Trespass Not Structure/Conveyance After Posted Notice (F.S. 810.09(1)(a)(1)) • Resisting an Officer Without Violence (F.S. 843.02) Haleigh was charged with: • Interfering With a First Responder on Duty (F.S. 843.31(2)(a)(1)) • Resisting an Officer Without Violence (F.S. 843.02) According to court records, two of Haleigh's resisting charges were later marked "No Information" by prosecutors.
