They worked for the Highlands Police. A hit-and-run crash occurred on Portland Road. A parked 2021 Toyota Corolla got hit. The other car, a white 2020 Infiniti QX5, sped away. People at the scene spoke to the officers. They said a blonde woman backed into the Corolla. Then she left the scene. Sergeant O’Donnell walked around the townhomes. He spotted a blonde woman walking her dog. She fit the description from witnesses. O’Donnell mentioned a hit-and-run nearby. He pointed to a parked Infiniti with damage to its rear. The woman admitted it was her car. The engine felt warm, meaning it had been driven recently. The woman was Olga. She said her car was hit earlier in Brooklyn. Olga denied leaving the scene of any accident. Sergeant O’Donnell spoke to Olga. He smelled alcohol. Did she drink inside before walking her dog? Olga said no. She did admit to drinking earlier. The officers thought she seemed impaired. They asked Olga to do some tests. Sergeant O’Donnell first gave Olga the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test. He watched her eyes closely. They didn't smoothly follow his pen. Her eyes jerked at the extreme edge of her gaze. The jerking started before her eyes reached 45 degrees. Next came the Walk and Turn Test. Olga couldn't walk heel-to-toe. She didn't count aloud at first. Olga struggled to follow directions. The One Leg Stand test was next. Olga couldn't lift her foot correctly. She didn't keep her arms still. Finally, Olga tried to recite the alphabet. She couldn't say her A-B-Cs right. Olga crashed her car. Her story didn't make sense. She admitted to drinking alcohol that day. She failed the roadside sobriety test. So, Sergeant O’Donnell arrested Olga. He took her to the station. There, he read her the rules for drunk drivers. Olga refused to take a breath test. Olga's processing wrapped up. She went to a sober adult. This person signed a warning about possible problems. It covered Olga until her court date. Sergeant O'Donnell then gave Olga tickets. These were for driving drunk and not taking tests. She also got tickets for reckless driving. Olga left an accident where she hit a parked car. She didn't report it either. 3:45 Did that cop actually just say Little Ding Ding... 5:46 He passes her minding his own business and she stops 6:41 without being coerced she blurts out 7:10 when she said getting hair done 8:23 when a useless dog owner 8:31 is everyone in this video drunk?
