On January 23, 2026, Las Cruces Police Officers responded to a traffic collision. The 30-year-old driver of the at-fault vehicle was traveling with her young son when she pulled into the roadway striking another vehicle. She later admitted to consuming alcohol. She refused to perform field sobriety testing and was subsequently arrested. She also refused to provide breath samples. Her charges and the outcome of her case are discussed at the end of the video.
