This documentary tells the true story of three different U.S. Coast Guard crews facing extreme peril on the water. Near the Florida Keys, an air and sea team must execute a risky helicopter hoist to save a man with a shattered floating rib and a possible neck injury on a pitching boat. Every second is critical, as any wrong movement could be fatal. Meanwhile, in the distant East Pacific Ocean, a tactical law enforcement unit is locked in a high-speed pursuit of a suspicious vessel. When the suspects refuse to stop, a sharpshooter is forced to open fire to disable the boat.
