Hosler met with loss prevention staff and the suspect, Ellada Avadeyeva. Store security said she tried to leave without paying for Ulta cosmetics. This was her second time stealing from the store that week. On November 4, 2025, video showed her wearing a stolen earring and hiding concealer on her body. Those items cost about 39.99 dollars. On November 9, she allegedly hid 121.86 dollars worth of goods in a bag. The store wanted to press charges, so police arrested her. Officers handcuffed Ellada and put her in the patrol car. They asked where her car was so they could move her things. She told them she drove a Maserati. Officer Hosler took her to the Middletown Township Police Department. She was charged with shoplifting and released until her court date. Court files show the charge changed on December 15, 2025. She took a plea deal and the charge became Unnecessary Noises.
