On December 23rd, 2025, police in Crystal Lake, Illinois were warned about a wrong-way driver suspected of operating while intoxicated. After locating the vehicle in a bank parking lot, both the driver and passenger experienced moments of rage directed at the officers. The passenger was arrested first, which temporarily halted field sobriety tests, but after it was apparent the driver was under the influence, she too was arrested.
