Unfortunately, there is no other footage of this interaction. However, Javohn was charged with exceeding the bluefish bag limit and possessing bluefish under the 12-inch fork limit. He failed to appear to his hearing, and a warrant was issued for his arrest. He was later arrested and pled no contest to both charges. He was sentenced to 2 days in jail with credit for time served and he was ordered to pay $420.00 in fines. The fines were sent to collections after he failed to pay.
