Welcome to Verdict Prime. In this episode, we analyze the complex judicial details and criminal behavior in The Case of Ernestina Lucero. What started as a standard welfare check in Albuquerque, New Mexico, quickly spiraled into one of the most chilling homicide investigations in recent history. When officers arrived at the residence of 69-year-old Ernestina Lucero, they were met with the suspicious behavior of her son, Leroy Vallejos. The situation took a horrific turn when a search of the kitchen led to the discovery of Ernestina's dismembered remains hidden inside a freezer. We break down the bodycam footage, the suspect's chilling shifts in narrative—from blaming a phantom boyfriend to claims of ritualistic sacrifice—and the legal outcome that followed this ultimate betrayal. ● About Verdict Prime: This channel is a dedicated true crime documentary platform.
