He made contact with the 31-year-old driver who stated she did not need a driver's license because she was traveling instead of driving. After officers ordered her out of the vehicle, she put her car in gear and drove off. Officers initiated a pursuit, which was ended after an officer from neighboring Parma used a vehicle equipped with the "Grappler Police Bumper". The woman exited the vehicle on her own and was taken into custody. She was later interviewed by a detective. Her charges are listed at the end of the video. All suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
