This video takes more twists and turns than most cop dramas you see on TV. A teenager escapes from police custody at a hospital. His brother picks him up and leads officers on a high speed chase. The vehicle jumps a curb and flies into a pond. The driver is arrested but the brother escapes. A frauditor show up and gets arrested. A manhunt ensues, coupled with a tactical entry into a residence to apprehend the suspect. And, to top everything off, we get a no-nonsense mom giving the suspects hell over a ring camera.
