A county sheriff’s deputy stops a vehicle for expired tags and asks the occupants for license, registration, and insurance. Both women admit they do not have valid documentation readily available, and one states she was recently released from jail. A K9 unit conducts a free-air sniff around the vehicle and alerts, giving deputies probable cause to search. Inside the center console and passenger floorboard, deputies locate a bag of white powder and multiple meth pipes. Field tests confirm the presence of methamphetamine and fentanyl. Both occupants initially deny ownership, but deputies explain constructive possession laws, meaning both can be held responsible due to access to the drugs. During the arrest process, one woman admits to concealing additional narcotics inside her body and voluntarily surrenders multiple bags. Both women are taken into custody on drug-related charges. One is later sentenced to jail and probation, while the passenger enters a diversion program but is later arrested again on felony drug charges. ......... ⚠️ Disclaimer This video is presented for educational and informational purposes only.
