On July 26th, 2024, an officer responded to a store theft report and found a woman with her son, who had a broken arm. Despite the woman's emotional pleas and denial of any wrongdoing, officers searched her belongings and reviewed CCTV footage, which clearly showed her stealing items. The woman was arrested for grand theft, and her son was safely returned home.
