A 19-year-old driving a white 2024 Ford Mustang sped past an officer who was standing in the road signaling her to stop. He had to jump out of the way to avoid being hit. She kept driving and went home. Minutes later, officers found the Mustang parked in a nearby neighborhood. The hood was still warm. She was in the garage. And when they asked her what happened, she said: "I saw the officer but kept going anyway." Then her dad got on the phone. And what he said to her while the officers listened became the most replayed moment of the entire video. This is the full bodycam breakdown. The officer on the road. The Mustang. The garage. The argument. The dad. The felony charge. Everything. ⚠️ All footage is publicly released bodycam from New Smyrna Beach Police Department. ⚠️ Disclaimer: This video is produced for educational and documentary purposes only.
