Talk about a wild wedding celebration! Whew...it took me hours upon hours to edit about 21 videos into this 1st episode of "Country Club Chaos." Stay tuned for episode 2... A lawyer from Florida went ham over prime rib after two young ladies cut him in line at a wedding buffet. As you'll see in the above body-worn camera videos, Mark Roher, 52, has been accused of smashing a plate over a man's head after two young women skipped him in line at a prime rib carving station on January 18, 2025, at Boca Lago Country Club in Florida, according to a Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office police report. Instead of being the bigger man and allowing the women to go first, Mark reportedly turned violent. There was much more to the story. Mark knew the victim and they had bad blood. The attorney claimed that the man "stiffed him" previously. The victim was the dad of one of the girls and reportedly ignored the man yelling at him and did not respond when Mark confronted him. Without provocation, the large, bald man who was Mark struck the slimmer man on the head with a dinner plate. From thereon, a melee began between a large number of the wedding guests. Plates galore were smashed! A waiter at the venue told police that the first plate broke when Mark allegedly struck the other man. More dishes were reportedly shattered as other guests got involved in the chaos. The victim said in the police report that he was trying to remove himself from the situation and turned away from Mark once he started getting agitated. He then recalled being hit with a plate and shoved by Mark before grabbing him by his collar. A witness confirmed this story with police. Officers got plenty of interviews with eye witnesses who told the tale of a non-alcoholic two-day wedding celebration ruined by this big fight. Upon his arrest, Mark refused to talk to authorities and asked to contact his lawyer. He later spoke with police, admitting he initiated the conflict. He reportedly told police that he did push the father, but denied breaking a plate over his head. Mark also said that he was injured when the other guests tried to pull him away. The arresting deputy wrote, "I find probable cause that Mark Stuart Roher is in violation of Florida Statute as he did actually and intentionally touch and strike the victim and in doing so used a plate as a weapon." Mark was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and was bailed out of Palm Beach County Jail after his $1,000 bond was met. According to the Florida Bar organization, Mark specializes in bankruptcy and commercial litigation and has his own law firm. Watch all these body-cam videos to see the fallout.
