On this episode, an officer spots a vehicle with a flat tire on the shoulder of a busy highway. He stops to check on the driver and realizes this woman is intoxicated. She states that she is on her way to a concert and if she can get the spare on she will make it. Unfortunately for her this never happens. She has quite a few excuses as to why she is nervous and poorly performing on roadside tests. Ultimately she is arrested and tests at almost three times the legal limit.
