A Walmart delivery driver is taken into custody after a months-long investigation reveals he's been gaming the system on over 800 orders. When detectives sit him down and lay out the evidence, he says he doesn't believe he committed a crime. When they ask about his wife's involvement, he goes silent. And when they call her, her reaction is something you have to hear for yourself. In this video, we break down the body camera footage, the full interrogation, the phone call with his wife, and the investigation into one of the most calculated delivery scams we've ever covered. On January 18, 2025, officers with the Port St. Lucie Police Department made contact with Jeremiah Boyer shortly after he completed a series of delivery pickups at a Walmart Neighborhood Market. He was detained and brought in for questioning. Investigators revealed that over the course of nearly a year, two Spark delivery accounts linked to Boyer and his wife had been used to place and fulfill more than 800 orders. The orders were designed to trigger additional delivery fees. Each time, the extra items were marked as unavailable even though store inventory confirmed they were fully in stock. The system still paid out the fees. Between both accounts, the scheme resulted in over $52,000 in fraudulent payments. When confronted, Boyer told detectives he didn't believe what he did was a crime. He said he found a loophole and took advantage of it. When asked about his wife, he said she had no involvement and requested an attorney. Investigators then contacted his wife by phone. She told them she had no idea what was going on. She said her husband was one of the most honest people she had ever known. When she was told the total amount, her response was immediate. She said she felt like she was being pranked. She also told detectives she works for a law firm in Ohio. Jeremiah Boyer was charged with organized scheme to defraud. The total financial loss exceeded $52,843.
