Lakewood, Ohio -- Officers with the LPD received a call about a man driving his SUV into a telephone pole. Police arrived and found the driver who admitted that he was drunk. Police performed OVI tests and confirmed that the suspect was intoxicated. The suspect, later identified as Mr. Bartholowmew Chambers, was charged with the following: - OVI - Failure To Control He has plead not guilty and is currently on restricted driving privilege's to his work and medical appointments only.
