Summit County, Ohio -- A deputy with the SCSO was performing stationary radar when he clocked a vehicle traveling 54MPH in a 35MPH zone. A traffic stop was initiated. The man, later identified as Robert Spice, was charged with the following: - Speed While Mr. Spice made many claims, to my knowledge he has filed 0 public records requests and 0 subpoenas.
