For those who don’t watch the live courts, Known Sovereign citizen Daniel McGough has been a popular subject as of late, as he has been showing up in court quite a bit here lately for his numerous cases in Michigan. I just happened to get early access to the body cam footage from one of his cases that is in front of judge Sleigh right now in the 14th district court in Washtenaw, Michigan. Daniel McGough in this case is charged with 3 counts of obstruction and resisting arrest and this video is the reason he received those charges. Mr. McGough is scheduled to have a pre trial this week on these charges. Thanks to @LawTalkWithMike for his suggestions and help with this.
