REAL POLICE BODYCAM footage captures the volatile confrontation between officers and a teenager during a complex traffic stop involving an intoxicated driver, a trailer with cars, and multiple family members. This bodycam video documents the escalating tension as the 18-year-old son uses racial slurs and refuses commands. In this police bodycam footage from November 7, 2024, officers in Lady Lake, Florida are dealing with multiple suspects after a truck pulling a trailer with two cars failed to stop, eventually running off Marion County Road. The incident began when 37-year-old Josephine Cordova Alfaro was suspected of drunk driving with juveniles in the vehicle. As officers attempt to secure the scene, they direct one of the passengers: "Step up. Step." The individual, later identified as 18-year-old Amram Guardado, responds confrontationally: "What y'all want?" Officers immediately issue clear commands: "Turn. Turn around." Guardado challenges the officers: "Y'all wanna do anything?" then attempts to justify his non-compliance: "I'm just trying to tell you we got dog right there bro. I ain't trying to have my dog right there." The officer maintains control with direct commands: "Get on your knees." Guardado continues his defiance: "For what bro?" The officer explains: "Get on your 'cause you were told to do so." Guardado then makes a concerning statement: "Bro you that's a minor bro," possibly attempting to claim he's underage despite being 18. The situation deteriorates when someone says "He's lying" and an officer commands: "put your hands up." Another voice, presumably another family member, asks: "What the fuck is going on over here?" as officers repeat: "Put your hands up." Guardado then uses explicit racial slurs: "Yo I said fuck n*****s dog. He's a fuck n*****." Officers maintain professional focus on control: "Turn around and face away from us," while Guardado continues his belligerent behavior: "What what the fuck are..." According to police reports, Guardado had been drinking beer in the vehicle and became so hostile that it ultimately required four officers to place him in a restraint device. He was arrested on four counts of resisting arrest and later released after posting $4,000 bond. This police bodycam footage highlights the challenges officers face when dealing with multiple uncooperative subjects during what began as a traffic stop for suspected DUI, which also resulted in charges against Josephine for DUI and child neglect, and against Abraham Cordova Alfaro for resisting arrest and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
