On March 20th, 2023, at approximately 12:15 AM, Officer Christoper Mirrione of the Borough of Deal Police Department, New Jersey, observed a White GMC pick-up truck traveling in the area without proper lighting. Upon continued observation of the vehicle in question, Officer Mirrione observed the vehicle to fail to maintain its lane of travel several times. A motor vehicle stop was conducted and the driver, Jennifer Best of Belford, NJ, was arrested for suspected driving while intoxicated. Jennifer was later processed and released after providing samples of her breath for testing which yielded a BAC level of .34%, just over four times the legal limit.
