Subscribe for weekly exclusive raw police videos 🚨 Police Report: “On Sunday, June 5, 2022 at approximately 2054 hours, I conducted a traffic stop on a reckless driver in the area of Florida Park Drive and Fernham Lane, Palm Coast, Florida, 32137. While I was traveling south on Florida Park Drive, I observed a dark color SUV traveling north on Florida Park Drive, driving in the incorrect lane directly toward my patrol vehicle causing me to pull to the side of the roadway to avoid being struck. I then turned around to initiate a traffic stop on the gray Mercedes Benz SUV bearing Florida tag. While turning around, I observed the vehicle swerve to the right off of the roadway, striking a mailbox, and continued to drive north. As I activated my emergency lights in the area of Florida Park Drive and Fernham Lane, the vehicle continued to drive north on Florida Park at a slow rate of speed. I observed the vehicle swerving multiple times, almost causing multiple head on collisions with oncoming vehicles. The vehicle continued recklessly driving north and slowly came to a stop on the right shoulder in front of 84 Florida Park Drive. As I exited my patrol vehicle, the vehicle again continued to drive north on Florida Park Drive. I then activated my siren and the vehicle again slowly came to a stop in the 90 block of Florida Park Drive. ;I conducted a high risk stop on the vehicle and demanded the driver to turn the vehicle off and place his hands outside of the vehicle which he complied. As backup deputies arrived, I gave Anthony several commands to exit the vehicle with his hands up and walk towards me. Anthony appeared to have difficulty exiting the vehicle but was ultimately successful in doing so. While outside of the vehicle, Anthony appeared to have urinated on himself due to a large wet spot on the front of his shorts, Anthony was stumbling and unable to stand without holding onto the vehicle for balance. Anthony refused to comply with multiple commands to walk towards deputies in order to safely take him into custody. After giving several commands, Anthony stated he was not able to walk towards us. When he was:asked why, he stated “because I’m f*****d up”. As Anthony was standing at the driver side of his vehicle, he unzipped -his shorts and began urinating on the roadway. After several minutes passed, Anthony lied down on his stomach next to his vehicle and was successfully placed into handcuffs and escorted to my patrol vehicle. Post Miranda, Anthony stated he had drank alcoholic beverages, however I was not able to further ask any questions due to his inability to stay on one topic. While attempting to speak with Anthony, I smelled a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath and observed his glossy bloodshot eyes. Due to Anthony’s inability to stand or walk without assistance, it was determined for his safety that he was unable to perform the field sobriety exercises. Based upon Anthony presenting several signs of intoxication and Anthony admitting to drinking alcoholic beverages, he was placed under arrest for DUI. Anthony was additionally charged with resisting without violence due to the fact he did not comply with multiple commands from deputies.Anthony was transported to the Flagler County Inmate Facility without incident. While at the Inmate Facility, Deputy Parker ID# 681, who is a breath test operator, certified through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, Had begun a twenty-minute observation period on Anthony at 2204 hours and concluded the twenty-minute 7 observation period at 2226 hours, ensuring Anthony did not take anything by mouth, regurgitate, or take any action that would artificially alter the results of the breath test. The breath test was administered using the Intoxilyzer 8000. Anthony produced a first result of 0.223 and a second result of 0.210. The breath test was concluded at this point. While interviewing Anthony at the Inmate Facility, he stated he was drinking alcoholic beverages at Finns in Flagler Beach. Anthony was unable to provide the exact amount of beverages he had drank, but stated it was “a few”. Anthony stated after leaving Finns, he was driving home and was stopped by deputies on A1A. Anthony was unable to remember striking any objects and was unaware of his erratic driving. While speaking with Anthony, he became emotional and continuously repeated himself. “ Intro: (0:00) Standoff: (0:15) The "incident": (2:10) Interview: (8:10) Outcome: (26:27) Guy Takes a Leak as Police Yell Commands During Traffic Stop
