Pinellas Park, Fla. Officers responded to a reported crash involving a parked vehicle near 82nd Avenue North. What initially appeared to be a traffic accident quickly turned into a tense DUI arrest. Officers identified 21-year-old Jennalynn Foster as the driver and reported signs of possible impairment, including the odor of alcohol, bloodshot and watery eyes, unsteady balance, and poor performance during field sobriety exercises. Officers eventually regained control and secured Foster. She was also accused of refusing to submit to intoxication testing.
