Tyler Soto and Police Officers Ronald Kibitlewski, Zackary Guido, and Carmen Benitez responded to McDonalds, 234 Washington St. on reports of someone harassing customers. They located the actor, later identified as 43-year-old Hassan Seaborn of Avenel, holding the door open from the outside. An on-scene investigation revealed that Seaborn entered the premises multiple times and each time, harassed customers. Officers asked Seaborn to leave the area and informed him he was no longer welcome inside McDonalds. As he walked away, he became angry and began to yell at officers. He picked up a traffic cone and walked into the street before dropping it nearby. He then took down his pants and boxers, exposing himself to numerous bystanders. He was placed under arrest and continued to scream and become more irate. As officers attempted to put him in the patrol car, he kept his foot hinged to the bottom of the door, to keep it open. When officers freed the foot, he spit on them. He was transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters and charged with throwing bodily fluid at law enforcement officers, lewdness, and disorderly conduct. He was released from custody with a summons and court date. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. #mcdonalds #crime #news
