On April 2, 2025, deputies with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence in Boynton Beach regarding a domestic disturbance. According to the report, a woman told deputies that a verbal argument with her boyfriend escalated when he allegedly grabbed her and slammed her into a wall multiple times, causing her to lose her balance and fall. She called 911 after regaining her footing. When deputies made contact with the man, he acknowledged the argument had occurred but denied striking her. He claimed he acted in self-defense by grabbing her and placing her on the ground. While on scene, deputies interviewed witnesses and determined the male subject to be the primary aggressor. He was taken into custody and charged with domestic battery. While being placed in the patrol car, the man allegedly refused to comply with commands and physically resisted entering the vehicle. As a result, he was also charged with resisting arrest.
