A passing vehicle saw the charge and allowed the pedestrian into their car to seek safety. The bear then made its way over to a training academy and showed no fear of the humans, prompting the decision for Alaska State Troopers to track the bear down and dispatch it. The bear’s carcass was subsequently used to conduct training for the recruits in wildlife investigations and skinning. The skull, hide, and claws were turned over to a biologist with the Alaska’s Department of Fish and Game. If you like this video and want to see more like it, Subscribe to Arrest Cam.
