On March 24, 2023, Medina Police Officer Brooks observed the occupants of a vehicle switch seats in the middle of the road. The police report indicates that she observed the female exhibiting unsteady balance. Officer Brooks initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle. Both occupants gave an interesting account of why they switched seats. Eventually, the 22-year-old woman was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests. She was arrested for DUI and submitted to an evidential breath test. The result of the breath test was 0.214% BAC. Her charges and the outcome of her case are discussed at the end of the video.
