On January 21, 2021, Officers from the Marion County Sheriff's office were dispatched to a student learning center where they encountered 39-year old Erin Nichole Rodriguez. Miss Rodriguez had run over two traffic cones in the student pick-up line, and was observed by other parents as being asleep behind the wheel of her vehicle. An officer then approached and began an investigation of suspected DUI. After failing her field sobriety tests, Miss Rodriguez was taken to the Marion County jail where she was booked for DUI, and later released on her own recognizance. She was ultimately charged with Driving Under the Influence, Drunk and Disorderly Conduct, and Refusing to Submit to a Breathalyzer. #dui #drunkmom #drunkanddisorderly #criminaljustice #bodycam #policebodycamera #resistingarrest #karen #codebluecam #codeblue #arrest #arrestcam #policebodycam #inebriated #drunkinpublic #drunkdrivingawareness
