On May 5, 2025, Shorewood Hills Police Officer Maginot arrested an 18-year-old woman for driving drunk after she blew an astonishing 0.41% BAC on a portable breath test. However, less than 20 minutes later, Officer Maginot found the woman driving again. He stopped the woman, asked her to again perform standardized field sobriety tests, and he then requested that she provide another breath sample. The result was 0.32% BAC. She was arrested for a 2nd time, taken to the hospital for a 2nd consensual blood draw, and was then transported to the Dane County Jail for a 12-hour hold.
