An FHP trooper spotted a gray Rivian EV driving on the grass shoulder of Northlake Blvd. in Palm Beach County. The driver appeared impaired, admitted to taking a sleep aid, and refused all field sobriety tests. During the arrest, the driver tried to provoke the trooper by referencing their past conflict, but the trooper remained professional and ignored him. The driver was arrested for suspected DUI, refusing sobriety tests, and resisting without violence. He was uncooperative throughout and refused to assist with his vehicle — which was red-tagged and later towed.
