🚨 120 MPH Pursuit After Schnucks Theft — O’Fallon, Missouri (Nov. 21, 2024) Shout-out to Jordan @HolidayAve for the assistance with editing on this video. https://www.instagram.com/jordansmada O’Fallon Police were searching for Anthony C. Simpson, who had multiple active felony warrants and a history of stealing large quantities of Red Bull from area Schnucks stores. A FLOCK camera alerted officers to Simpson’s tan Honda Accord Crosstour, which had its rear plate covered by a dark shade. Officers located the vehicle at the Schnucks on Highway K and saw Simpson pushing a cart filled with merchandise. When police moved in, Simpson abandoned the cart, got into his vehicle, and nearly struck a patrol car while fleeing the parking lot. Officers reported he also struck or nearly struck multiple civilian vehicles while escaping. Simpson fled eastbound on Highway N and then onto MO‑364, weaving through moderate traffic and reaching 120 mph. He drove on the shoulder, crossed lanes, and continued at high speed until losing control near Motherhead Road. The Honda hit a concrete barrier, spun out, and came to rest in a ditch. Simpson refused commands, and officers attempted to break the window. Pepper balls were deployed, and Simpson exited the vehicle and was taken into custody. Officers recovered 57 stolen items valued at $510.04 from Schnucks. Simpson was transported to the hospital for evaluation before being booked into the Justice Center. Sentencing information found at the end of the video.
