On January 22nd, 2023, an officer in Oklahoma was on patrol when he spotted a vehicle driving over the speed limit. The officer promptly instructed the female driver to turn right and pull over the vehicle. However, the driver did not respond, leading the officer to approach the vehicle. The officer instructed the driver to roll down her window and asked for her ID as she began to argue the speed violation. As the driver continued to argue the speed violation, another officer arrived at the scene. After confirming the driver’s identity, the officer asked the driver if she would sign the traffic citation. The driver refused to sign the citation and continued to argue about the traffic violation, leading officers to ask her to exit the vehicle. Upon the suspect opening the vehicle door, officers noted a smell of possible marijuana coming from the vehicle. Officers placed the suspect under arrest for suspected DUI. The suspect continued to pull away from the officers as they attempted to place the suspect in the patrol car. Officers transported the suspect to jail after placing the suspect in the patrol car.
